Patricia Motta´s Fall Winter 2014 collection brings a loto f femininity and new techniques applied to the leather, main material at the designer´s collection, wich makes her debut in SPFW. Patricia Motta was inspired by the beauty of the ice molecule to design this collection.
The designer´s work speaks for itself through the manual weaving and high standards techniques applied to the leather, wich appers in various formas: with Swarovski Elements applications, and different textures, like razor, matelassé, embroidery e perforated, and special colors.
The designer´s refined look is translated into narrow silhouettes matching with geometric cutouts, whether in pants – shorter – or pleated skirts. The highlight is the knitting leather, inspired by traditional braided knitted.
The color palette has tones of red, blue, nude and silver; black and white, timeless, is used in the perforated leather, representing the format of the molecule of ice, which also turns into a beautiful pattern.
“For my first fashion show at São Paulo Fashion Week, one of the most important fashion weeks in the word, I share my word – love for the nature that God has created, appreciation of the woman body, contemporary shapes, cutouts, perforated and embroidery worked in a unique way, and colors, many colors. To put all this together, I worked with three different scenarios for the collection: the romance in the snow; an axpediction ship in search os the most unattainable form of the nature, the ice; a glamorous party with plenty of sparkles and crystals”, says Patricia Motta.
